TLSU is turnstille raster press determined for gluing solid wooden boards, frame constructions and other glulam products up to 80 mm material thickness (depth). It is manufactured in gluing lengths 2 000 - 3 500 mm. Machine consists of welden frame with 3 working raster tables which are equipped by pressing units itselves. Pressing units are adjustable in raster table. Machine control is done from control panel where you can also set the working pressure. Rotor turning can be manual by handwheel or automatic by gearbox.
Machine can be equipped by several pressing units and front aligning beams according the customer requirements.

A | FIXED PLATE | Pressing unit is able to be set in angle range after 90° and it has got fixed pressing plate.
B | VARIABLE PLATE | Pressing unit is able to be set in angle range after 90° and it has got variable pressing plate (± 45°).
