TH1 is stand press determined for gluing solid wooden boards and glue laminated timber beams up to 50 mm or 90 mm depth (width). Generally it is 1 working table taken of from hydraulic turnstille press to save space in workshop mostly used in smaller joinery workshops for lower volumes of glued material per the shift. It is manufactured in gluing lengths 2000 - 6 000 mm. Machine consists of welden frame on which are travelling pressing units itselves in the length (axis "X"). If you decide to use adjustable working width supports you can also adjust gluing height (axis "Y").
Machine can be equipped by several pressing units and accessories according the customer requirements.

Hydraulic working table control can be done several ways. In basic working table is divided by 2 central stop ball valves into independent 2 halves. If the press is longer there can be 3 central valves and table can be divided into 3 thirds. Next possibility is 1 central stop ball valve and each cylinder extra has got own stop ball valve to be able open or close it. You can set the working zones direcly according your needs this way. Also you can have 2 central valves and each cylinder own stop ball valve. Everything depends on customer needs and his production type.
