Universal raster press LSU is welded construction. It has been designed for universal use with low cost price to buy while keeping quality workmanship. These atributes accompanied by low place and almost zero service costs are the biggest advantage of LSU press. That is why it is specially determined for smaller joiners whose want to glue wide range of prodcuts. Machine consists of frame, working desk and pressing units, eventually next accessories according customer. We offer 3 types of pressing units - FIXED, VARIABLE and MAGNETIC. Pressing units are fixed on the desk by patent mechanism. They can be easily reinstalled from the operator side! NO CIRCUMVENTING AROUND MACHINE! This fact saves the time for reinstalling working space to minimum.
Machine can be modificated according the customer requirements.

A | FIXED PLATE | Pressing unit is able to be set in angle range after 90° and it has got fixed pressing plate.
B | VARIABLE PLATE | Pressing unit is able to be set in angle range after 90° and it has got variable pressing plate (± 45°).
C | MAGNETIC UNIT | Pressing unit is able to be set in angle 0 - 360° fluently and its positon is locked by magnet.
3.1 | PNEUMATIC UNITS | Pressing unit can be also pneumatic version for lower pressure requirements. It has got its own stop ball valve, so it is possible to OPEN/CLOSE it separately. Also it is possible to produce combinated HYDRAULIC + PNEUMATIC version.
4.1 | FRONT ALIGNIN BEAMS FOR GLUING DESKS | By using these aligning beams (dark grey elements) while gluing desk material to block jump out of the press.
4.2 | SINGLE SUPPORTS | Special single supporting bases width 100 mm or 200 mm, which helps to support wider material while gluing.
4.3 | WHEELS | Machine can be installed on wheels. Usually all 4 pcs are with brake.
5.1 | TABLE VERSION | Press can be also placed horizontaly like "table version".
5.2 | SPECIAL MACHINE USE | In this case press was use for aluminium frames connections.
