MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

Turnstile press TH4 is welded construction. Rotor with 4 working tables is installed in bearing houses in machine frame. On each working table there are mounted pressing units with upper clamping beams. Pressing units are adjustable in axis X and also in axis Y (height of glueing) after raster 80 mm. Pressure source is electrohydraulic pump. Rotor turning is doing manually by hoops or automatically by gearbox.

  A) WORKING ZONES

  
  

  In standard varaint the whole pressing table is divided to 2 or 3 working zones. In the picture you can see 6 pressing units divided into 3 zones. Each zone has got own central stop ball valve (numbers 1, 2 and 3). If we glue only shorter material we close valve nr. 1 and we work only on zones controlled by valves 2 and 3.

  
  
  

  B) EACH CYLINDER CONTROLLED BY STOP BALL VALVE

  
  

  In this variant we can choose how many cylinders we want to use for glueing. Each cylinder has got own stop ball valve and we can use it or not. Cylinders, which are open we control by central valve. For exemple: If we want to glue on first 2 cylinders we close other cylinders by stop ball valves. After pressurized on first 2 cylinders we close first 2 cylinders to pressure stay there. Then we can open remaining cylinders and central stop ball valve and continue in glueing on the other cylinders.

  

• Automatic rotor turning

  Machinery from TH line are in basic variant turning by hoops. You can order automatic turning by gearbox like accessories.

  

• Adjustable working height

  Machine is produced in 2 standard glueing heights 1050 mm and 1250 mm. When you need to glue closer dimensions without filling working space with dry lamellas we offer adjustable supports. Pressing height is than adjustable after 80 mm raster.
