MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

FX 160 consists of welded durable case (10 mm thickness). Milling spindle is installed inside. Shaft is mounted in high-quality bearings. Driving electromotor is 22, 30 or 37 kW. Milling cycle is automatic controlled by PLC unit. Material clamping, shaft height adjustability and material output is done by pneumatic cylinders. Feed speed is adjustable from control panel by potentiometer. Working cycle starts automaticaly by inserting material to the working table. Then material is clamped following by first milling cycle. After first cycle is working table returned back to the operator and material is ejected. Worker turn the material and the second milling cycle starts. After second cycle milling there is applicated glue by glue spreader on the ends of material (variant with automatic glue spreader). After material ejection from the machine, table returned back to the starting position. Milling machine can be equiped by PVAC or PUR automatic glue spreader. In basic machine contains cut saw with hogger, working prep table, compensating rings for tools and hand tools for tighten milling tools.
